Delivery Manager – Manizales (Presencial)

Requisitos del cargo

Formación:

  • Profesional en
    Ingeniería, Tecnología, Administración o áreas relacionadas
    .

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo
    3 años
    en gestión de
    equipos técnicos y proyectos de software
    .
  • Experiencia en interacción con
    clientes empresariales
    , negociación y gestión de expectativas.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Ciclo de vida de
    desarrollo y entrega de software
    (implementación, despliegue y mejora continua).
  • Linux (nivel intermedio):
    scripting en Bash, administración de servicios (systemd, crontab, SSH), herramientas de networking (netstat, iptables, curl, dig) y gestión de paquetes (apt, yum).
  • Automatización de procesos
    y buenas prácticas de despliegue.
  • Nube pública (AWS o Azure)
    – nivel básico/funcional.
  • Contenedores de aplicación:
    deseable conocimiento en Weblogic o WAS.
  • Conocimiento funcional en la
    industria financiera
    (deseable, no excluyente).


Funciones principales

  • Liderar y gestionar el equipo de Entrega: contratación, mentoring, desarrollo profesional y evaluaciones de desempeño.
  • Supervisar y optimizar metodologías de implementación (
    Agile, Waterfall, híbridas
    ) para garantizar eficiencia y calidad.
  • Planificar y priorizar proyectos mediante
    forecast de carga, asignación de recursos y cumplimiento de plazos
    .
  • Negociar y coordinar con
    stakeholders internos y externos
    , asegurando claridad en alcance, tiempos y recursos.
  • Garantizar
    entregas a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con altos estándares de calidad
    .
  • Impulsar la
    mejora continua
    mediante automatización, soporte técnico y adopción de nuevas tecnologías.


Condiciones laborales

  • Tipo de contrato:
    Indefinido.
  • Salario:
    A convenir según experiencia.
  • Horario:
    Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
  • Modalidad:
    Presencial.
  • Lugar de trabajo:
    Manizales – sector El Cable.
