Para destacar en tu postulación debes:
- Ser profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Diseño de Servicios, Marketing o carreras afines.
- Contar con experiencia superior a 3 años en diseño de estrategias de Customer Experience (CX) y optimizacion de Customer Journeys.
- Capacidad de adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y enfoques innovadores para maximizar su impacto.
Tus responsabilidades serán:
- Liderar iniciativas estratégicas de alto impacto en Customer Experience (CX), incluyendo la implementación integral de plataformas CRM.Diseñar y optimizar Customer Journeys, identificando fricciones y solucionándolas mediante análisis de causa raíz.
- Impulsar la automatización de procesos críticos para mejorar eficiencia y reducir costos operativos y gestionar y analizar métricas clave de CX: CSAT, NPS, CES, FCR, AHT.
- Definir KPIs, monitorear el desempeño de las iniciativas de experiencia del cliente, capacitar al personal en buenas prácticas de atención y mantenerse actualizado en tendencias para adoptar nuevas estrategias y tecnologías orientadas a mejorar la relación con el cliente.
