Role Description

The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is responsible for supporting company revenue growth by engaging prospective customers, qualifying leads, and advancing sales opportunities. This role focuses on outbound and inbound lead follow-up, relationship building, and consistent pipeline management. The ISA works closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience and successful handoff of qualified opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Proactively contact inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and other approved
communication channels
Qualify prospects by identifying needs, interest level, and readiness to move forward Schedule appointments and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of activities, notes, and outcomes in CRM
systems
Conduct consistent follow-up to nurture leads and drive conversions
Meet or exceed individual performance goals and activity metrics
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support overall revenue initiatives
Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and sales best practices

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills
Professional phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
Proficiency in Closings, Deal Closure, and Escrow processes
Commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred Experience with CRM systems preferred

Base Salary $800 +Commissions $50

This is a contractor based contract, we will not pay for health insurance or pension, you are responsible of this.
