Buscamos un/a Talent Sourcer para apoyar nuestros procesos de atracción y selección, realizando búsqueda activa, investigación de mercado y construcción de pipelines estratégicos que impulsen la eficiencia de reclutamiento y fortalezcan la estrategia de talento de la compañía.

Algunas de tus responsabilidades serán:
  • Realizar búsqueda activa de candidatos mediante LinkedIn, comunidades, bolsas de empleo, grupos y referidos. 
  • Apoyar procesos de mapeo de mercado y construcción de listas target para roles técnicos, analíticos, corporativos y sostenibilidad. 
  • Crear mensajes de outreach y contacto inicial con candidatos de forma personalizada. 
  • Precalificar candidatos en etapa inicial: disponibilidad, habilidades clave, rango salarial e idioma. 
  • Actualizar, organizar y mantener información de candidatos en el ATS (Pinpoint) asegurando orden, trazabilidad y data limpia. 
  • Reportar insights relevantes del mercado laboral a Talent Partners (competencia, rangos salariales observados, dificultad del perfil). 
  • Mantener comunicación con candidatos prospecto para fortalecer pipeline y comunidad de talento. 
  • Apoyar iniciativas de Talent Intelligence y Benchmarket. 
  • Cumplir SLAs (Service Level Agreements) y metas definidas por vacante asignada. 
  • Colaborar con el líder del equipo en otras responsabilidades propias del área de Talento. 

¿Qué buscamos?
  • Tecnólogo o Profesional en Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o afines.
  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en tareas de sourcing, reclutamiento o apoyo en talento humano.
  • Residencia en Medellín y/o alrededores.
  • Conocimientos intermedios en LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray Search y manejo de ATS.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas digitales y Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Deseable:
    • Inglés B2.
    • Manejo de Pinpoint.
    • Formación o cursos adicionales en talento, selección o sourcing.
