CORE DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, professional networks and specialty associations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Create, update and manage job postings on the Royster applicant tracking system (ATS) and relevant external sites and job boards.
- Ensure all job advertisements are accurate, compelling and aligned with Royster branding and values.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment advertising strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical residency and fellowship programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience recruiting physicians/advanced practice healthcare providers.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
- Experience recruiting for federal contract positions is a plus.
