Travel and Events Associate at BairesDev

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Technical Product Manager to join a Product Team. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of product management and a proven track record of successful collaboration with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams. You will develop and maintain a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market needs, with a strong focus on data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering customer requirements, documenting product specifications, and defining APIs and interfaces with a focus on data.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and document detailed product specifications, including user stories, use cases, and functional requirements.

  • Design and define interfaces and APIs for the product, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and components.

  • Create comprehensive API documentation to facilitate developer understanding and integration.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.

  • Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the product meets and exceeds their expectations, using a customer-centric approach and best practices.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful product releases, partnering with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive the product development process from ideation to launch.

Here's what we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on technical or data-driven products.

  • Experience gathering customer requirements and documenting product specifications (user stories and functional requirements).

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Strong understanding of APIs, interface design, and software development processes.

  • Familiarity with data technologies, including data warehouses, data lakes, ETL processes, and data analytics tools.

  • Advanced level of English.

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience working in a product company.

  • Experience with business stakeholders (internal and external clients).

  • Technical background as a software engineer.

  • Background in backend technologies or backend products.

  • Academic background in Data Science.
