El rol estará en Bogotá.Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y otras tareas pueden ser asignadas:
- Promocionar el portafolio de productos de CRM de Medtronic a profesionales de la salud, asegurando una comunicación clara sobre los beneficios clínicos y el valor para el paciente
- Realizar inservices de productos mostrando los beneficios, y características de estos
- Proporcionar soporte técnico continuo e información específica sobre el portafolio respondiendo de manera oportuna a las necesidades de los clientes y ofreciendo soluciones basadas en evidencia
- Capacitar al personal clínico de los hospitales asignados asegurando que cuenten con los conocimientos técnicos y materiales necesarios para utilizar los productos de forma eficaz y orientada al paciente
- Impartir entrenamiento y formación in situ a profesionales de la salud, facilitando la adopción de nuevas tecnologías y promoviendo practicas clínicas alineadas con altos estándares de calidad
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con instituciones y profesionales de la salud, actuando como asesor técnico confiable y promoviendo la excelencia en la atención.
Conocimientos y experiencia necesarios:
- Título universitario en un campo relevante (p. ej., Ingeniero biomédico, Enfermero jefe,)
- Dos años de experiencia trabajando en salas de hemodinamia y/o electrofisiologia
- Dos años de experiencia en ventas o soporte técnico idealmente en el sector de dispositivos médicos
- Alta adaptabilidad, con gran disposición y capacidad de aprendizaje rápido
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, con la capacidad de construir y mantener relaciones comerciales duraderas
- Sólida perspicacia comercial, comunicación persuasiva y una actitud orientada a resultados
- Inglés intermedio
- Compromiso con la conducta ética en todos los aspectos de las ventas y la interacción con el cliente
