Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y otras tareas pueden ser asignadas:

  • Realiza educación y/o consultoría en el sitio
  • Brinda apoyo al personal de campo para ofrecer los mejores resultados y el mejor servicio posible a los clientes de Medtronic
  • Colabora con los colegas de ventas para desarrollar y ejecutar planes de venta dentro de una o más unidades de negocio
  • Participa en convenciones, foros y reuniones para aumentar la visibilidad y el conocimiento de los productos
  • Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el Clinical Lead, el equipo de Gestión Clínica y el equipo regional de Ventas para brindar soporte en casos clínicos y apoyo comercial
  • Identifica y facilita la ejecución de oportunidades de crecimiento junto con el equipo de Ventas y Soporte Clínico
  • Actúa como recurso técnico para apoyar la venta de un producto o solución médica específica

Conocimientos y experiencia necesarios:

  • Carrera universitaria concluida en Enfermería o Nutrición
  • Dos años experiencia en educación clínica con pacientes, médicos y/o especialistas crónicos
  • Deseable Conocimiento y experiencia en la promoción del automanejo de la diabetes
  • Experiencia en el uso y manejo del paquete de office: Excel, Power point, Word, Outlook
  • El inglés intermedio, experiencia previa en empresas del sector de dispositivos médicos de diabetes o bomba de insulina es deseable
