AdOps Trader Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an AdOps Trader Specialist with hands-on experience in the implementation, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. In this role, you will execute effective campaign strategies, continuously monitor performance, and ensure that all campaigns align with business objectives and market expectations.

What You Will Do

• Implement effective strategies for assigned digital and programmatic campaigns.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure KPIs and objectives are achieved.
• Ensure all campaigns are aligned with internal goals and the specific expectations of each market managed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
• Identify and resolve performance issues proactively, proposing improvements and optimization actions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and campaign implementation.
• Proven experience implementing and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
• Strong proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Valuable Experience

• Experience with additional advertising platforms or programmatic tools.
• Previous experience in digital agencies, trading desks, or environments focused on campaign execution and optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
