A Day in the Life

We are looking for a motivated intern to support our project management team. This role offers hands-on experience in coordinating projects, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to the success of key initiatives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • This is a temporary position.
  • Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, product group and/ or project group.
  • Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned.
  • Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
  • Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes.

Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated intern to support our project management team. This role offers hands-on experience in coordinating projects, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to the success of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project coordination : scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support project administration : documentation, reporting, and maintaining project records.
  • Contribute to stakeholder management : preparing updates, following up on action items, and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Help with presentation preparation : creating slides, visual materials, and summaries for meetings.
  • Draft and refine written communication : emails, reports, and project briefs in clear, professional English.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong command of English (written and spoken) .
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Interest in project management and willingness to learn best practices.
