**Project Management Specialist**

**Location**:Colombia

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Project Management Specialist on the Marketing Technology team to work at the intersection of project management and campaign operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather campaign requirements, build project plans, report on progress, and work with stakeholders to resolve potential schedule disruptions. This person will also build campaigns and data management flows to support the team as needed.
- Lead and manage the campaign intake process on behalf of MarTech
- Provide regular campaign progress updates to stakeholders
- Work closely with Marketing Operations team to create and deliver campaign reports and provide recommendations to optimize campaigns
- Organize and optimize project management tool to ensure smooth communication, create efficiencies, and troubleshoot as needed.
- Maintain existing documentation and develop new documentation to support the effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing organization.
- QA materials for assigned programs, ensuring every item provides excellent user experience, is grammatically correct, and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Ensure leads receive the proper field updates, routing, and assignments in line with SLAs; monitor, troubleshoot and resolve data issues when necessary.
- Provide marketing operations support as needed across the organization
- Implement lead nurturing and demand engagement campaigns utilizing Marketo, Qualified, and other tools

**Required Qualifications**
- 3 years of experience in marketing operations, managing and executing B2B campaigns.
- English level: C1, both written and spoken. **Please submit your resume in English, this role requires fluent English speakers.**:

- Familiarity with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and straightforward manner.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments; the ability to bring structure and clarity is key.
- Experience working in a global organization.
