What You'll Do


• Proactively
identify and headhunt professionals
for roles overseas


• Build relationships with candidates and international hiring managers


• Learn how to assess candidate experience, motivations, and cultural fit


• Coordinate interviews and prepare candidates for success


• Present market insights and curated shortlists to clients


• Track daily performance, KPIs, and deliver results in a commercial setting


• Become an expert in your assigned market or industry niche
