Senior React Engineer

We're looking for a
Senior Engineer
who can architect, build, and optimize modern web applications using React, , and Microfrontend patterns. This role requires strong knowledge of contemporary React (v18/19), modern build tools, high‑performance front-end architecture, and hands-on experience with testing and secure application development.

You'll collaborate closely with product, UX, and backend teams while also providing technical leadership and mentoring.

Your Impact

  • Develop high-performance applications using
    React (v18/19)
    , modern hooks, Suspense, lazy loading, and concurrency features.
  • Implement

    capabilities including SSR/SSG, file-based routing, API routes, and middleware.
  • Contribute to the development and integration of
    Microfrontends
    , ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration and consistent architecture.
  • Implement secure
    authentication flows
    and
    protected routes
    (JWT, OAuth2/OIDC).
  • Apply performance optimization techniques, including code splitting, preloading, caching, and memoization.
  • Work with build tools like
    Webpack
    and
    Vite
    , configuring loaders, plugins, and build optimizations.
  • Write modular UI components and document them using
    Storybook
  • Develop comprehensive test coverage using
    Jest
    ,
    React Testing Library
    , and E2E frameworks like Cypress/Playwright.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex issues, including routing, rendering, and build configurations.
  • Work closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver seamless, user-first features.
  • Participate in code reviews and help elevate engineering quality across the team.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of front-end engineering experience with
    React
    ,
    JavaScript/ES6+
    , and
    TypeScript
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    functional components
    , hooks, and differences from class components.
  • Experience with

    (routing, SSR/SSG, API routes).
  • Familiarity with
    Microfrontends
    and integration approaches (Module Federation, shared dependencies).
  • Strong knowledge of React build tools:
    Webpack
    and
    Vite
    .
  • Hands-on experience creating and testing components in
    Storybook
    .
  • Experience implementing authentication (JWT, cookies, OAuth2/OIDC).
  • Understanding of protected routes and authorization patterns
  • Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and E2E testing tools.
  • Familiarity with React v19 features (Actions, new Suspense behavior, Server Components).
  • Experience with CI/CD, cloud deployments, performance profiling, or accessibility standards (WCAG).
