Esta posición revisa el estado de las facturas que llegan al sistema identificando excepciones, se investigan las causas de los retrasos en los pagos e inicia soluciones para resolver problemas que retrasan y suspenden el procesamiento de facturas de proveedores. Este puesto realiza otras tareas según lo solicitado.

Responsabilidades:

  • Revisa y da seguimiento a los estados de cuenta y otras discrepancias respecto de facturas y pago de cuentas.
  • Sirve como enlace entre departamentos y proveedores.
  • Responde a problemas administrativos y consultas de proveedores.
  • Garantiza la exactitud de los registros de proveedores.
  • Clasifica, archiva y compara facturas para prepararlas para su procesamiento.
  • Examina, analiza, verifica y corrige las transacciones contables.

Requisitos:

  • Ingles Intermedio Writing: 60%, Reading: 60% y Spoken: 60%

  • Competente en Excel, nivel intermedio. (Preferido)

  • Técnicos, tecnólogos, estudiantes de carreras administrativas, contables, financieras o afines.

  • Horario: Lunes a viernes 7am-4.30pm
  • Modalidad: Hibrida
  • Grado: 007
  • Ubicación: Ciudad de Medellin.
