We're looking for a versatile digital marketer who can bridge web management and performance marketing. The role involves maintaining and optimizing our
Webflow
site, building
landing pages in Webflow or HubSpot
, and running
paid campaigns
across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. You'll ensure our online presence is fast, conversion-driven, and data-informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company website using Webflow to ensure great UX and brand consistency.
- Design and build landing pages in Webflow or HubSpot to support lead generation and campaign goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Set up and monitor tags, pixels, and analytics dashboards to measure and improve performance.
- Analyze key metrics to inform optimization and ROI improvements.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams on integrated digital initiatives.
- Ensure seamless integration between the website, HubSpot, and advertising platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience with Webflow and HubSpot.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO best practices.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
