Estamos buscando un Analista Jr. de Growth dinámico, proactivo y con gran atención al detalle para unirse a nuestro equipo de Growth. Serás responsable de la calendarización y ejecución de algunos placements dentro de nuestra app, contribuyendo directamente a la visibilidad de nuestras ofertas y al engagement de nuestros usuarios. As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Calendarización de Placement:

  • Colaborar con el equipo de Growth y otras áreas (Comercial, Marketing) para entender las necesidades de visibilidad de diferentes campañas y promociones.

  • Crear y mantener un calendario detallado de los placements (ubicaciones y momentos de aparición) dentro de la aplicación de Rappi.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del calendario, coordinando con los equipos responsables para la entrega de materiales y la activación de los placements.

  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización del calendario en función del performance y las prioridades estratégicas.

Ejecución Individual del Placement:

  • Implementar y configurar los placements definidos en el calendario utilizando las herramientas y plataformas internas de Rappi.

  • Asegurar la correcta visualización de los banners, carruseles y otros elementos de placement dentro de la app.

  • Realizar pruebas para garantizar la funcionalidad y la correcta segmentación (cuando aplique) de los placements.

  • Colaborar en la identificación de posibles mejoras en el proceso de ejecución del placement.

  • Desarrollo de campañas E2E y la ejecución de campañas.

Requisitos:

  • Recién egresado o con hasta 1 año de experiencia en roles similares (marketing digital, operaciones, análisis).

  • Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

  • Interés genuino por el mundo de las aplicaciones móviles y el growth marketing.

  • Habilidades básicas de organización, planificación y gestión del tiempo.

  • Atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir procesos establecidos.

  • Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

  • Conocimiento básico de herramientas de productividad (Excel, Google Sheets).

  • Actitud proactiva, curiosidad y ganas de aprender.

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes áreas.

Deseable:

  • Familiaridad con plataformas de gestión de contenido (CMS) o herramientas de marketing digital.
