We're looking for a proactive Salesforce Administrator with some hands-on APEX development experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves optimizing Salesforce environments, supporting users, and building light customizations to enhance business processes.

Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Salesforce Administrator. You'll manage and enhance our Salesforce platform, handling user setup, workflows, automation, and data integrity, while also developing custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and API integrations. It's the perfect blend of admin and dev work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage users, roles, profiles, and security settings.
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Build and manage reports, dashboards, and automations to support business operations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and smooth daily operations.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and support.
  • Assist with development tasks such as writing APEX triggers, LWC updates, or API integrations under senior developer guidance.
  • Collaborate on testing, deployments, and enhancements across Salesforce environments.

Qualifications

  • Professional English Level
  • +3 strong years of Salesforce Administration experience (ADM-201 certified preferred).
  • Strong Basic APEX coding skills and understanding of Salesforce development concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of the Salesforce data model, automation tools, and Lightning Experience.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado) or ETL/data migration.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
