Funciones
- Contactar y acompañar a los clientes durante el proceso de desarrollo de sus sitios web.
- Ser el canal de comunicación entre los clientes y el equipo de desarrollo web.
- Dar seguimiento a avances, ajustes, entregas y solicitudes de los clientes.
- Asegurar que los requerimientos del cliente sean claros y correctamente comunicados al equipo técnico.
- Apoyar en la creación de contenido y branding para la marca.
- Mantener información de clientes actualizada y documentar avances y pendientes.
- Apoyar tareas administrativas relacionadas con la gestión de clientes y proyectos web.
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa como Customer Success Manager, Account Manager o roles similares (deseable).
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Capacidad de organización y seguimiento de múltiples clientes.
- Orientación al cliente y actitud proactiva.
- Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial.
Condiciones del cargo
- Tipo de contrato: Prestación de servicios.
- Honorarios: $ COP.
- Horario: Lunes a viernes, 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. (Horario Flexible)
- Modalidad: Presencial.
- Inicio: ASAP
