Supervisor de Cuentas por Cobrar, Facturación e Ingresos

Tus Retos

  • Garantizas que el ingreso de la compañía mediante la facturación quede alineado mediante la normatividad del país.
  • Apoyas en aclaración de notas, dudas en manejo de situaciones con clientes y autorizaciones de obsequios o descuentos del personal a cargo.
  • Revisas los saldos a favor.
  • Monitoreas y retroalimentas las llamadas.
  • Garantizas la ssignación y productividad de cartera y facturación.
  • Garantizas que la cartera este dentro las políticas establecidas.
  • Controlas llamadas entrantes de five9.
  • Manejas los clientes difíciles que el Gestor de Cartera no concluye.
  • Gestionas autorizaciones de créditos a los distribuidores.
  • Apruebas devoluciones de Dinero, ticket por descuentos o vigencias.
  • Garantizas la conciliación de todos los pagos queden aplicados a su respectiva factura.
  • Monitoreas y garantizas las conciliaciones de bancos y-Netsuite vs central.
  • Garantizas que todas las facturas queden, contabilizadas y timbradas en el ente tributario.
  • Analizas datos de facturación.
  • Velas por la coherencia de los precios en contratos.
  • Supervisas las renovaciones diarias de los clientes.
  • Planeas y ejecutas actividades que potencialicen las habilidades del equipo.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Eres Profesional en Administración de empresas, Contaduría, Economía o afines
  • Cuentas con experiencia de 3 años en conciliación de cartera y/o cobranzas preferiblemente con experiencia en facturación.
  • Manejas Excel a nivel intermedio.
