Buscamos una persona con talento híbrido que produzca contenido educativo de alto impacto y active nuestra comunidad como un espacio vibrante de aprendizaje continuo.
No queremos a alguien que solo edite videos o que solo responda mensajes. Necesitamos a quien entienda que el mejor contenido sin distribución estratégica no sirve, y que la mejor comunidad sin contenido de valor se enfría.
¿QUÉ HARAS?
PRODUCCION DE CONTENIDO VIDEO
Producir y editar videos educativos semanales para workshops, certificaciones y campañas promocionales
Curar tendencias globales de IA y transformarlas en cápsulas formativas para nuestra audiencia
Crear contenido variado: videos, infografías, audios...
Ejecutar calendario editorial en YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok y plataforma LIDER IA
ACTIVACIÓN DE COMUNIDAD
Dinamizar comunidad con noticias semanales de IA, retos prácticos y lives temáticos
Distribuir estratégicamente el contenido producido en todos los canales
Moderar grupos en WhatsApp y facilitar conversaciones que destrabquen aprendizajes
Automatizar campañas de segmentación y retención (con herramientas low-code)
LO QUE DEBES TENER
2 años editando video profesional (Premiere, DaVinci, CapCut Pro)
Experiencia manejando comunidades (tech, educativas o innovación)
Copywriting para redes sociales y campañas digitales
Capacidad de detectar tendencias y curar contenido relevante
Conocimiento de herramientas de IA generativa (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney)
Experiencia con herramientas de automatización (Zapier, Make)
Manejo de Canva para diseño rápido
Pasión por IA y tecnologías emergentes
