Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role positioned in Barranquilla for a Content Producer & Community Manager. The responsibilities include managing the creation and production of engaging content, overseeing content strategy, and managing online communities. The role also entails video production, content management, and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms to build and maintain community engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Content Production and Video Production
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Content Management
• Proficient writing skills for various platforms and audiences
• Ability to create, foster, and manage online community engagement
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Experience in social media management and digital tools is a plus
• Demonstrated creativity, teamwork, and attention to detail
