Hired Experts es un BPO in-house que trabaja directamente con Córdoba Legal Group, una firma de abogados con sede principal en Estados Unidos, especializada en brindar alivios financieros a clientes con deudas bancarias.
Buscamos un/a Supervisor/a de Servicio al Cliente (CS) con habilidades de liderazgo, empatía y enfoque en resultados, para garantizar una experiencia positiva y efectiva a nuestros clientes durante todo el proceso de gestión financiera.
Responsabilidades Principales
Supervisar y acompañar al equipo de agentes de servicio al cliente, asegurando calidad, empatía y eficiencia en cada interacción.
Monitorear indicadores clave (KPI's) como satisfacción del cliente, tiempos de respuesta, resolución de casos y cumplimiento de protocolos.
Brindar retroalimentación constante al equipo para mejorar la atención y fortalecer las habilidades comunicativas.
Resolver situaciones complejas o casos escalados, garantizando soluciones efectivas y alineadas con los procesos internos.
Implementar estrategias de mejora continua en la atención al cliente.
Garantizar el uso adecuado del CRM y la correcta documentación de cada gestión.
Fomentar un ambiente colaborativo, profesional y orientado a la excelencia en el servicio.
