As a UAT Sr Project Manager, you'll drive end-to-end user acceptance testing for complex enterprise initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective UAT strategies, plans, and execution. You'll oversee business-critical validation efforts, often involving sensitive data, privacy, and compliance to ensure solutions are production-ready and aligned with real-world user needs.

• Lead UAT strategy, planning, and execution across multiple workstreams and projects
• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into UAT scope, detailed test scenarios, and acceptance criteria
• Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices
• Plan and coordinate UAT test cycles, manage schedules, and track progress against milestones
• Triage defects, prioritize issues, and drive resolution with engineering, product, and business teams
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews, UAT sign-offs, and production readiness decisions
• Establish, monitor, and communicate test metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership and sponsors
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to balance priorities, manage dependencies, and meet deadlines
• Champion quality best practices, process improvements, and tooling enhancements across UAT and adjacent teams
• Safeguard sensitive or confidential information during all test and project activities
• Other duties as assigned

• 5 to 7+ years of relevant work experience in UAT, QA, or product validation for enterprise software, with significant project management responsibilities
• Strong foundation in Manual QA, with proven expertise in manual testing methodologies and execution
• Demonstrated experience analyzing requirements and translating them into UAT scope, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience with test plan creation, test case management, and defect lifecycle management
• Proficiency with test management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple workstreams or projects in fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder-facing skills, including facilitation, negotiation, and expectation management with business and engineering teams
• Experience handling sensitive or confidential information is a plus
• Familiarity with legal processes, privacy, or compliance regulations preferred but not required
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a user-focused mindset and strong interest in project leadership and coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; B2+ English level
