Job Summary

Este puesto gestiona todos los aspectos de los pagos y COUPA/ORACLE para brindar soporte al departamento de Cuentas por Pagar. Se adhiere a los procesos de pago relacionados con UPS Global Business Services y actúa como enlace para identificar y resolver problemas. Investiga y resuelve discrepancias mediante la revisión, el análisis y la corrección de problemas de pago. Garantiza que los pagos cumplan con los requisitos legales, las especificaciones de UPS y las regulaciones gubernamentales.

Responsabilidades:

  • Genera y distribuye informes diarios.
  • Mantiene bases de datos y prepara diversos controles y auditorías.
  • Supervisa a los equipos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos en la administración de contratos.
  • Investiga y resuelve errores contactando a solicitantes y proveedores.

Requisitos:

  • Estudios relacionados en areas contables, finanzas o administrativas- Preferible
  • Conocimiento de principios generales de contabilidad
  • Capacidad para analizar problemas o situaciones y resolverlos con mínima supervisión
  • Conocimiento práctico de Oracle, General Ledger, productos de MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access y PowerPoint)
  • Debe mantener la confidencialidad de la información privilegiada
  • Inglés requerido: B2 - intermedio
