We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a part of our growing team. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls from patients and medical facilities, initiating the patient lifecycle with a focus on providing a professional and empathetic experience.

About the position:

As a Customer Service Representative your Job Responsibilities will be:

  • Collect patient information and schedule routine appointments for diagnostic studies, equipment setups, and follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate service information, including scheduling, co-pays, and insurance coverage.
  • Manage patient queries over calls or chat, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff, ensuring timely responses and updates.
  • Maintain patient records following HIPAA guidelines, entering all appointments and updates in our scheduling system.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, voicemails, and patient follow-ups to ensure appointment attendance and satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely processing of patient information, including benefit verification and payment processing.

Requirements and skills:

  • High School Diploma
  • 6+ months in a BPO or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer and internet proficiency
  • Prior healthcare experience or knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls professionally
