As a
Client Intake Specialist,
you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through initial consultations, presenting legal services, and supporting onboarding. You'll combine strong communication skills with empathy and organization to ensure every potential client feels informed, supported, and confident taking the next step.

Shift: Shifting (Day and Night) | Weekdays and Weekends Required

Work setup: Onsite - Bogotá, Colombia

The Qualifications We Seek

• 2-3 years of experience in intake or sales of products or services
• Education and/or work experience
  equivalent to a bachelor's degree preferred
• Superior salesmanship and customer service skills
• Proficiency in
  calendar programs, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
• General knowledge of the legal industry preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
• Highly organized, diligent, and able to work independently
• Confident, articulate, and diplomatic, with strong emotional intelligence
• Ability to guide prospective clients toward signing engagement letters
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Schedule

• Weekdays and weekends required

Your Daily Tasks

• Handle inbound and outbound leads from Prospective New Clients (PNCs) interested in the firm's legal services
• Conduct in-depth initial consultations to present and explain available legal services
• Collect and document information about PNCs and their legal concerns, reinforcing confidence in the firm's capabilities
• Maintain contact with PNCs who miss consultations or choose not to retain services, keeping opportunities open for future engagement
• Track leads, new clients, referrals, and sales metrics using the firm's systems
• Provide feedback to management on lead quality, volume, and process improvements
• Prepare prospective clients for engagement while adhering strictly to ethical rules (no legal advice or client engagement without attorney approval)
