Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for object-oriented programming (daily usage expected).
  • Understanding of databases with strong troubleshooting and debugging skills; experience with SQL preferred.
  • English proficiency at B1-B2 level.

Desirable:

  • Experience with web scraping techniques and API projects.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence principles.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, AWS (Amazon Web Services), and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy web scrapers to extract data from various sources.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Build efficient data pipelines and real-time data streams.
  • Design and develop scalable, cloud-ready applications.
  • Analyze data and algorithms to identify and resolve issues.
  • Optimize performance and efficiency of data processing tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address data-related requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies related to web scraping and data engineering.
