ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll accelerate a high-priority AI initiative by strengthening a fully distributed, microservices-based platform that demands fast execution and high reliability. You'll focus on hands-on implementation, system resiliency, and observability while collaborating across global time zones. This role offers direct influence on a cutting-edge AI system and the chance to grow your impact in a highly technical, fast-moving environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and enhance features for a scalable, microservices-based AI platform;
- Focus on implementation and execution to meet strict delivery timelines;
- Improve system reliability, resiliency, and scalability;
- Work with observability tools to monitor and debug the distributed system;
- Collaborate closely with a team distributed across US and India time zones.
- 6-8 years of professional software development;
- High proficiency in Golang;
- Kubernetes: Strong, hands-on experience with Kubernetes;
- Microservices: Proven experience building and maintaining microservices architectures with a focus on scalability, reliability, and resiliency;
- Observability: Good knowledge of enterprise observability frameworks, including Prometheus and Grafana;
- Communication: Very strong English communication skills;
- Ramp-up: Ability to learn and debug complex systems quickly;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
- RAG: Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models;
- Databases: Experience with document databases (e.g., MongoDB);
- VectorDBs: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Milvus) is a significant plus;
- AI Systems: Demonstrable experience in building scalable AI inferencing systems.
