Buscamos un Director de Supply Chain con experiencia en la planeación, organización y control de los procesos de compras, abastecimiento y logística, garantizando la eficiencia, el cumplimiento normativo y la optimización de recursos. Esta persona será responsable de liderar el área, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los procesos de adquisición, negociación con proveedores y gestión de inventarios, así como el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y comercio exterior.

Requisitos:

Profesional en Ingenierías.

Deseable con estudios complementarios en Comercio Exterior o Cadena de Suministros.

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en dirección o coordinación de departamentos de compras y abastecimiento en empresas con procesos de importación.

Conocimientos en normativa aduanera, ISO 9001 y 45001, gestión de proveedores y control de inventarios.

Habilidades de liderazgo, negociación, planeación estratégica y orientación a resultados.

Responsabilidades:

Liderar la planeación, organización y control del proceso de compras y abastecimiento.

Negociar con proveedores condiciones comerciales favorables y garantizar su cumplimiento.

Supervisar la correcta ejecución de procesos de importación y comercio exterior.

Controlar costos de proyectos y gestionar presupuestos de operaciones logísticas.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares ISO y normativas aplicables, incluyendo auditorías internas y externas.

Dirigir y evaluar el desempeño del equipo, promoviendo programas de mejora y formación.

Implementar acciones correctivas y planes de optimización para mejorar resultados.

Salario entre $4M a $5M dependiendo de experiencia
