About the role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Copywriter who can balance brand identity and performance-driven copy. This role plays a key part in shaping, maintaining, and evolving each brand's voice while creating copy that connects with audiences and drives results.
You will be responsible not only for writing high-impact marketing copy, but also for translating brand values, tone, and personality into every message, across all channels.
Responsibilities
Develop clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for:
Paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
Social media content
Landing pages
Email campaigns
Website and brand assets
Newsletters
Build, maintain, and protect brand voice and messaging consistency across all platforms.
Translate brand guidelines, values, and positioning into strong, recognizable copy.
Adapt tone and messaging for different brands while maintaining their unique identity.
Collaborate with marketing, social media, and creative teams to ensure copy aligns with brand identity and visual direction.
Turn creative briefs and concepts into persuasive copy that balances storytelling and conversion.
Optimize copy based on performance insights without compromising brand voice.
Research audiences, trends, and competitors to continuously strengthen brand positioning.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Marketing Copywriter, Brand Copywriter, or similar role.
Strong understanding of brand identity, tone of voice, and positioning.
Experience writing copy for digital ads and social media.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Ability to switch between different brand voices seamlessly.
Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
Attention to detail and high standards for brand consistency.
Nice to have
Experience working with multiple brands or in an agency environment.
Experience creating or contributing to brand voice guidelines.
Familiarity with performance metrics, A/B testing, and CRO.
Experience with UGC or short-form video scripts.
