universidad nueva con alcance global y programas 100% virtuales, buscamos un(a) Senior Data Strategy Advisor / Chief Data Officer (Advisor Level) para acompañar estratégicamente la toma de decisiones basada en datos y garantizar predictibilidad en mercados, segmentación y crecimiento.

Este rol tiene impacto directo en marketing, ventas y expansión internacional, trabajando de forma transversal con el Marketing Office, el equipo comercial y la dirección ejecutiva.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Liderar la minería, análisis y explotación estratégica de datos de la universidad.

  • Diseñar la arquitectura de data integrando CRM Bitrix24, plataformas de marketing digital, bases de datos como Mailerfind y herramientas de IA como OpenAI.

  • Construir modelos de analítica avanzada y predictibilidad para demanda por maestría, comportamiento por mercado, conversión por perfil y proyección de ventas.

  • Definir, con base en data, a qué mercados apuntar, con qué programas y para qué perfiles profesionales.

  • Entregar un informe estratégico inicial junto con el Marketing Office, con análisis de mercados prioritarios, segmentación por país y perfil, y recomendaciones accionables.

  • Alinear data con marketing digital, narrativa creativa y proceso comercial.

  • Garantizar protección de datos y buenas prácticas en el uso de la información.

  • Predictibilidad de ventas por mercado.

  • Precisión en segmentación académica y comercial.

  • Calidad del lead por programa.

  • Conversión por perfil.

  • ROI por mercado.

  • Eficiencia del funnel.

PERFIL REQUERIDO

  • Más de 7 años de experiencia en data analytics, business intelligence o revenue analytics.

  • Experiencia en educación superior, educación continuada o modelos digitales/globales.

  • Dominio de CRM Bitrix24 (indispensable).

  • Analítica avanzada, modelos predictivos, marketing digital y funnels.

  • IA aplicada a análisis de datos y automatización.

  • Conocimiento en protección de datos.

  • Mentalidad estratégica, analítica, con visión global y alta autonomía.
