What We Offer

  • Base Salary: $2,700,000 COP/month
  • Modality: WFH based on perfomance after 1 month in operations
  • Performance Bonuses: $250,000 COP/month
  • Unlimited Commissions – no cap on your earnings
  • Hiring Bonus: $1,000,000 COP (paid in two installments at 3 and 5 months)
  • Modern office at Calle 97 with Autopista Norte, right in front of Calle 100 station

What We're Looking For

  • English level B2+ or higher
  • Great communication and listening skills
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
  • Previous call center experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
