What You'll Be Doing

You'll be part of the local operations team, supporting the expansion of FiltaGlobal by ensuring compliance with Colombia's evolving labor laws, aligning local HR practices with global standards, and maintaining employee trust through accurate administration

  • Serving as the primary liaison with external HR providers and stakeholders for accurate employee data exchange and documentation.
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and coordinating timely policy updates to ensure alignment with Colombian labor laws and FiltaGlobal standards.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring the secure handling, storage, and transmission of all sensitive data.
  • Administering and reporting attendance data, payroll deductions, benefits, and final payouts in coordination with Finance.
  • Overseeing time-tracking tools, maintaining accurate records, and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintaining legally required Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) documentation and coordinating mandatory activities.
  • Supporting the implementation of safety programs, investigating incidents, and managing SG-SST Committee operations.
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure legal compliance, complete documentation, and a smooth employee experience.
  • Serving as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries, support needs, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with global HR partners to improve local workflows, documentation, and alignment with global processes.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and effectively multitask within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • High attention to detail with an intrinsic drive to produce the highest quality output, ensuring accuracy in all documentation and reporting.
  • Highly proficient in utilizing Google Suite and other essential software tools; must be capable of working accurately and consistently meeting strict reporting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent English language skills (C1 level, both written and verbal). Must possess a strong understanding of and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Prior administrative experience is required, along with intermediate knowledge of HR, Safety, and Security at work administration.
