Description


We're Hiring: System Administrator | Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid) We're looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you'll manage and support our IT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments—ensuring stability, performance, security, and scalability. What you'll do:

  • Manage infrastructure & systems (Windows Server, Linux, VMware, storage, networking).
  • Administer cloud & hybrid environments (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure/AWS).
  • Implement security, endpoint protection & disaster recovery solutions.
  • Support users with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack).
  • Automate processes with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver IT projects and ensure best practices.
What we're looking for:
  • Solid experience in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, SaaS integration).
  • Strong networking & security background.
  • Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and containerization.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, AWS/Azure) are a plus
