This is a remote position.

Scheduled: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST - Florida 

Job Description: You'll be the vital first connection between motivated property sellers and investment opportunities. As the dedicated voice of a successful real estate investment team, you'll use your communication skills to identify off-market deals that fuel the company's growth. This isn't just cold calling—you're building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and directly contributing to real estate transactions. You'll work with proven systems, quality leads, and a supportive team that provides everything you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted cold calls to property owners using provided lead lists and advanced dialer systems
  • Engage directly with property sellers and real estate agents to identify motivated opportunities
  • Assess seller motivation through structured questioning and proven conversation frameworks
  • Qualify leads for both residential and commercial real estate opportunities
  • Transfer qualified prospects to the acquisition team for deal progression
  • Maintain detailed lead tracking and follow-up schedules until conversion or closure
  • Work within established CRM and dialer platforms including Batch Leads system
  • Collaborate with operations team on daily lead uploads and pipeline management
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate cold calling or property-focused outbound sales
  • Strong understanding of real estate terminology and market dynamics
  • Experience working with US or Canadian real estate companies preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills for phone-based conversations
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and auto-dialer technology
  • Self-motivated with resilience to handle rejection and maintain consistent call volume
  • Bonus if you have experience with lead qualification and motivation assessment
  • It helps if you're familiar with investment real estate or wholesaling processes
