Revenue keeps healthcare running. As a Revenue Recovery Specialist at Pharmbills, you'll help U.S. healthcare providers reclaim underpayments, resolve denials, and improve reimbursement processes — so providers can focus on patients while the financial side is handled precisely.

What You'll Do:

Analyze accounts to identify underpayments, denials, and missed charges.

Prepare and submit appeals, claim corrections, and follow-ups with payers and clearinghouses.

Reconcile payments, post adjustments, and ensure accurate account records.

Communicate with payer representatives and, when required, with patients to clarify balances and resolve discrepancies.

Track recovery metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to reduce future revenue leakage.

Use CRM, billing systems, and Excel to document actions and maintain clear audit trails.

What You Bring / What You'll Need:

Prior experience in revenue recovery, claims follow-up, denials management, or collections (healthcare/insurance experience is a strong plus).

Strong English communication skills (B2+).

Technical comfort with Microsoft Excel and experience with EHR/billing/CRM software or clearinghouse platforms.

Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts.

Problem-solving attitude and persistence to drive complex recoveries to resolution.
