About the role
We're hiring a highly organized, proactive
Project Manager
to drive delivery across multiple software development teams. You'll partner closely with
Product, Engineering, Design, and QA
to ensure smooth sprint execution, clear communication, and continuous improvement within a
Scrum/Agile
environment.
What you'll do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (standups, planning, refinement, reviews, retros)
- Keep sprint goals and deliverables clear, tracked, and on time
- Remove blockers and manage risks/dependencies (escalate when needed)
- Maintain visibility on progress, timelines, and delivery metrics
- Coordinate across QA/DevOps/support teams for successful releases
- Promote a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3–5 years
as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in software teams - Strong
Agile/Scrum
facilitation experience - Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication + stakeholder management
- Professional English (written & spoken) — mandatory
- Experience with
Jira, Confluence, Miro
(or similar)
Nice to have
- CSM
or
PMI-ACP
certification - Experience in
SaaS, eLearning
, or similar environments - Familiarity with
Lean/Kanban - Basic understanding of
APIs
and
CI/CD
