Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Healthcare Specialist to join our team on-site in Bogota, D.C. In this role, you will be responsible for providing medical support and ensuring the well-being of individuals within the organization. Tasks include conducting medical evaluations, administering necessary treatments, overseeing health-related trainings, and maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders about healthcare needs and safety. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align on health protocols and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in EMT and Medicine, with the ability to provide medical evaluations and treatments.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and convey healthcare guidelines.
  • Experience in Training and delivering health-related educational sessions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Healthcare practices and protocols.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with high attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  • Certified EMT or relevant medical qualifications.
  • Work experience in the healthcare industry or industrial healthcare services is a plus.
