**Job Title**: Full Stack PHP Developer (Remote in Colombia)

**Job Type**: Full-time (Contractor)
**Location**: Remote
**Salary**: $2,800 USD/month

We are looking for a **Full Stack PHP Developer** to join our innovation team and work on a high-impact digital platform. This is a remote contractor position focused on backend development with Laravel and AWS, while also supporting front-end tasks and content integration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the full development lifecycle: planning, coding, deployment, and support
- Deploy and manage infrastructure in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
- Support content workflows and integrations (AEM experience is a plus)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements
- Handle sprint tasks, bug fixes, and user setup via Jira
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Full Stack PHP Developer
- Strong backend skills in PHP and Laravel
- Front-end proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
- Familiarity with Agile development, Jira, and automated testing
- English level: B2-C1
- Bonus: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
