Senior Project Manager
with solid project management experience who wants to be part of a growing organization within the newly created Enablement Office (EO).
What you'll do:
- Plan, estimate, and define the scope of assigned programs with capability leaders.
- Support the project owner in daily management and future planning.
- Oversee financial and operational reporting, including scope, resources, change management, and risks.
- Implement stakeholder communication plans with clear roles and responsibilities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimize processes.
- Participate in conflict resolution and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Enablement Office to develop and standardize best practices.
- Lead new business initiatives, such as RFP development and delivery.
- Manage experiential marketing projects across digital and physical spaces.
- Monitor workflow, manage changes, and ensure project profitability.
- Assign resources, create estimates and roadmaps, and ensure end-to-end execution.
What we're looking for:
- University degree or equivalent experience (Project Management background preferred).
- Agency experience or similar environment.
- Experience leading direct reports.
- Knowledge of mid to large-scale project management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of project management tools; PMP or Agile is a plus.
- Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
