This is your opportunity to build, scale, and sustain a COE that powers one of Opella's fastest-growing customers globally. You will oversee a +5 FTE team, coordinate cross-functional alignment with markets and global stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction across our Amazon business.
Main responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations of the Amazon COE, ensuring consistent service delivery across fulfillment and execution pods.
Define and monitor performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs, satisfaction scores) and lead continuous improvement cycles.
Coordinate People Management & Capability Building
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and junior analysts to ensure strong expertise, engagement, and succession.
Foster a learning culture by codifying best practices, creating playbooks, and supporting knowledge sharing across regions.
Influence Stakeholder Management & Alignment
Act as the single point of contact for market teams (Account Managers, eCommerce Heads) and global stakeholders.
Ensure strong alignment between the COE and functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Content, Retail Media).
