Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM COL

Salary: 5M-9M COP based on Experience.

They're now looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager (part of the Client Strategy team) to help strategize and drive digital marketing campaigns for a subset of clients and support a core group of clients.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be part of the Client Strategy team , working in lockstep with Marketing Directors to ensure marketing plans are built, executed, and delivered on schedule, on brand, and achieve clients' goals. Your key tasks will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the client's brand, personas, company, goals, and competitive landscape.
  • Creating and managing campaign calendars based on the client strategy.
  • Building marketing briefs and collaborating with internal teams (email, paid media, brand) to ensure deliverables achieve client objectives.
  • Leading client meetings to communicate strategy updates, field client questions, and ensure critical information is relayed between the client and internal team.
  • Reviewing client deliverables for quality assurance, ensuring alignment with the client's brand, preferences, strategy, and goals.
  • Managing and overseeing the execution of ecommerce campaigns for smooth, error-free launches.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting data to create strategies that improve new and ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Building client reports and communicating campaign results to stakeholders.
  • Working with Marketing Directors to distill monthly marketing plans into achievable tasks, understanding requirements, and accurately assigning time estimates.
  • Owning deliverable deadlines, including managing team capacity, to ensure marketing deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Supporting Marketing Directors with task execution to ensure client needs are met

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on ecommerce marketing experience creating and driving campaigns.
  • Experience in digital marketing, paid search/social, email marketing, SMS, content marketing, and social media.
  • Proven track record of executing successful ecommerce marketing campaigns (paid, email, etc.).
  • Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing. English C1
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups (Creative, Media, Technical Delivery Specialists).
  • Strong eye for brand and design.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Meta, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
