What You'll Own

Content Creation & Design (High Priority)

  • Design original graphics, carousels, reels, infographics, and video edits with a sharp eye for beauty and performance.
  • Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that punches through the noise.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visuals, templates, and messages.

Platform Management & Engagement

  • Own our daily/weekly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with warmth, speed, and brand-aligned tone.
  • Build digital trust and turn followers into family.

Lead Generation & Digital Sales

  • Convert conversations into consultations—every DM is a door.
  • Qualify leads and pass them to the legal team with clean handoffs.
  • Track and improve conversion metrics alongside our sales system.

Analytics, Growth & Optimization

  • Deliver weekly reports on engagement, growth, and lead performance.
  • Adjust strategy based on data—no guesswork.
  • Recommend bold experiments when growth stalls.

Training & Quality Enforcement

  • Help the team level up: grammar, captions, design tips, and brand storytelling.
  • Participate in content reviews to ensure top-tier quality.
  • Ensure all communication is legally compliant (no legal advice online).

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of professional digital design + social media management
  • Full command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Canva (Advanced), Figma
  • Strong writing, grammar, and storytelling instincts
  • Legal or professional services experience? A huge plus.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
