Location: Bogotá (Hybrid) or Remote in LATAM

NEO is the largest new construction platform in the U.S., built to solve the inventory and marketing gap in new development. We connect agents, brokerages, builders, and associations through a centralized platform that transforms how new construction is discovered, shared and sold.

We are hiring Business Development Representatives to accelerate our U.S. and LATAM expansion. This role is for serious sales talent—people who thrive on outbound energy, move fast, and want a long-term career path in real estate tech.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Drive daily outbound volume: Email and call outreach to agents and brokers
  • Present and position the NEO platform effectively over the phone
  • Qualify prospects, manage objections, and move leads into activation
  • Track performance, manage your pipeline, and update CRM daily
  • Fine-tune outreach, scripts, pitch flow, and objection handling with leadership
  • Consistently hit weekly goals and KPI's

Who We're Looking For

  • Fluent English speaker (B2+ or above), confident and clear on live calls
  • Minimum 1 year of outbound sales or SDR experience
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, outbound campaigns, and performance metrics
  • Resilient under pressure, energized by quotas, and feedback-driven
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a team hitting shared targets
  • Real estate or proptech experience is a plus, but not required
