Responsibilities:

  • Write high-quality, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
  • Develop and execute automated tests to ensure code reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and improve code quality, CI/CD processes, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their skills.
  • Propose and design scalable solutions that meet business needs and improve the user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the team to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in React and web development technologies, including React, NextJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Strong familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Proficient in using version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Advanced communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • A strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Proven experience in optimizing the performance of web applications.
  • Experience with micro-front-end architectures.
  • A background in developing digital products in collaborative settings involving multiple teams.
