Requirements:

Must-Have

  • Proven experience leading frontend teams, defining coding standards, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Strong coordination skills to align with Product, Design, and Backend, and to break down and manage team tasks effectively.
  • Ability to take ownership of complex features end-to-end and make solid technical decisions.
  • Experience mentoring other developers and guiding best practices in Vue and frontend architecture.
  • At least 7+ years overall experience in frontend development.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with (Vue 3 preferred).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and solid understanding of TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of component-based architecture and reusable UI design.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3/CSS Frameworks, and responsive design principles.
  • Ability to translate Figma wireframes or partial UX designs into pixel-perfect, functional components.
  • Good understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and attention to design details.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs integration and asynchronous data handling (Axios, Fetch).
  • Experience with modern build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of unit testing frameworks commonly used in projects (Vitest, Jest, @vue/test-utils).
  • Version control using Git/GitHub (branching, pull requests, code reviews).
  • Good communication skills, proactive collaboration with designers, backend devs, and QA.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Telerik components (Kendo UI for Vue or other UI component libraries).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation.
  • Performance optimization and profiling of Vue apps.
