El
Revenue Growth Management Analyst (Customer Success Specialist)
será responsable de garantizar el uso correcto de nuestra plataforma, desarrollando estrategias de
Revenue Management, pricing y promociones
, así como brindando acompañamiento analítico y estratégico a nuestros clientes.
Actuarás como punto de contacto principal con los equipos del cliente, generando análisis de datos que impulsen decisiones rentables y sostenibles.
Responsabilidades principales
- Entregar valor a los clientes mediante
insights, análisis y recomendaciones
que impulsen sus objetivos de negocio. - Desarrollar y gestionar
modelos econométricos y de series de tiempo
para decisiones estratégicas de precios. - Detectar y comunicar oportunidades de mejora en
estrategias de precios y promociones
por producto, mercado y región. - Asegurar la
optimización continua
de la plataforma Kuona y su correcta implementación. - Contribuir al desarrollo de la
estrategia de revenue y lineamientos de promociones
para maximizar la efectividad de la inversión comercial.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en
Economía, Finanzas, Actuaría
o afines. - Mínimo
3 años de experiencia en la industria de consumo masivo o retail. - Al menos
3 años de experiencia en Pricing, Revenue Management, Promotions - Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel.
- Experiencia en análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos y aplicación de modelos matemáticos.
- Habilidades analíticas, de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Nivel de inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera híbrida.
- Residencia en Bogotá, Colombia
