Objetivo del puesto:

Buscamos un/a Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist creativo/a y orientado/a a resultados, encargado/a de planificar, ejecutar y optimizar estrategias de contenido en redes sociales para aumentar nuestra presencia digital y generar clientes potenciales de calidad para nuestro equipo comercial enfocado en trucking.

Responsabilidades:

Gestión de Redes Sociales

Planificar y publicar contenido atractivo y relevante en redes sociales (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Diseñar campañas de contenido alineadas con la marca y los objetivos del negocio.

Generación de Leads.

Crear e implementar estrategias para captar leads calificados.

Gestionar campañas de anuncios en redes sociales (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Crear landing pages, formularios y flujos de automatización simples para captación de leads.

Calificar y entregar leads al equipo de ventas.

Medir y reportar el rendimiento de las campañas.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia comprobable en manejo de redes sociales y estrategias de generación de leads.
  • Inglés B2 o C1
  • Manejo de CMR ZOHO (Plus)
  • Habilidades de redacción y storytelling para redes sociales.
  • Conocimiento básico de embudos de venta y marketing digital.
  • Capacidad analítica y enfoque en resultados.
  • Proactividad, organización y autonomía.
