Nos encontramos en la búsqueda del mejor talento bilingüe para trabajar como New Business Developer / Customer Acquisition Specialist para nuestro cliente.
Salario de $
Contrato a término indefinido con todas las prestaciones de ley.
Horario de entrenamiento de Lunes a viernes: 7:00 am a 5:00 pm (4 semanas).
Horario de Operaciones: Lunes a viernes en franja horaria de 7:00 am a 8:00 pm. Fines de semana libres.
Jornada laboral de 42 horas semanales.
Trabajo presencial en Bogotá – Connecta.
Bonificación del 30% del salario de acuerdo con el desempeño.
Beneficios adicionales:

Funciones:
• Identificar, contactar y atraer nuevos clientes para que inicien inversiones en Microsoft Advertising.
• Investigar y prospectar empresas con potencial para anunciarse en plataformas digitales.
• Contactar leads a través de llamadas, correos electrónicos y LinkedIn.
• Explicar los beneficios y funcionamiento de la plataforma Microsoft Ads.
• Calificar leads y cerrar oportunidades comerciales o transferirlas a los equipos de Account Managers.
• Realizar seguimiento del pipeline comercial a través de herramientas CRM.
• Cumplir con los objetivos de adquisición de nuevos clientes y revenue inicial.
