We are currently looking for a** Business Developer** to join our growing team.
**What you´ll do**
As a Business Developer, you will help our client expand their market in LATAM, focusing on selling and offering cloud-based Learning services. You will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and analyze new business opportunities in the LATAM market for cloud-based Learning services.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Necessary skills and experience required**:
- At least 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the technology or cloud services sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the LATAM market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- English proficiency: Upper intermediate and above.
